Directions:
1. Roll the ear plug between your fingers into a thin, tight cylinder.
2. With your hand on the opposite side, pull your ear over your head up and back to straighten the ear canal.
3. Insert the earplug into your ear canal while continuing to pull your ear up and back.
4. Once the earplug is in place, release your ear and let it return to its normal position.
5. Check the fit by lightly pressing the outer part of the earplug. If it can be moved in and out, it is not properly sealed and should be adjusted.

Step 1:
Wash your hands and wipe them dry. Using thumb, index finger and middle finger, rub the round part of the ear plug thinly.

Step 2:
Pull up with your other hand to straighten the ear canal and insert the round part of the ear plug into the ear canal.

Step 3:
After inserting, gently hold the earplug for about ten seconds and release your finger after the earplug is inflated and shaped.

Wrong way of wearing:
The not thinly rubbed earplug is inserted directly into the ear, so there is no noise reduction and sound insulation.
